Vote On Candidate Endorsements Coming Up April 5

ATTENTION: Conservative Arkansas Members

Don’t miss our next general meeting! We will be voting on endorsements for primary candidates.

When: Saturday, April 5th
12:30 p.m.-5 p.m.

Where: Friends of RPL Community Room
Rogers Public Library
711 S Dixieland Rd
Rogers, AR 72758

Conservative Arkansas’ board of directors will present our findings regarding candidates in several contested Republican primary races for state offices. After a discussion of each candidate, which will include questionnaire and interview responses, the attending membership will vote on which candidates will receive an official endorsement from Conservative Arkansas, with accompanying press releases.

Due to the sensitive nature of this meeting, only those who paid dues by March 15, and were approved for membership by the Board, will be allowed to participate. Also, no candidates or their spouses will be allowed to participate. If you are unsure if you are eligible to vote, please send an email to [email protected] and we will check on your status for you.

We know this is a long meeting. From 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., members will be able to read the questionnaires answered by candidates. You are not required to read the questionnaires, but they will be available during this time if you do wish to read them. At 3 p.m., the discussion and voting will begin. We’re allowing two hours for this – we have a lot of candidates this year; a record number!

Hope to see you there!

Very disappointed in your endorsement of Asa Hutchinson, an establishment politician who is anything but conservative. I guess you were not aware of his vote for Eric Holder. Also, your endorsement of Andrea Lea who voted for the private option.
I think you should change the name of your group from Conservative Arkansas. You are anything but conservative.

Holder was a Reagan-appointed judge. Asa wasn’t the first conservative pol to place their faith in Holder, for good or bad. Conservative Arkansas as a group is neutral on the private option and didn’t score votes for it one way or another.
